About the Association

The Seniour Citizen Welfare Association is a not-for-profit company licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in the State of Himachal Pradesh, India. Its income and property are applied solely toward the promotion of its objects, and no profits are distributed to members.

Donations & CSR Contributions

Donations and CSR contributions are voluntary and are applied toward the Association’s charitable objects. Tax benefits (such as under 12A/80G) are subject to applicable registrations and statutory conditions. Contributions are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
